It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the\nparties. The only way to add or change this terms and conditions is to do so in writing.\nRESERVATION: Upon your confirmation of booking, Lara Jayne photography will reserve the time\nand date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit of 50 % is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding canceled for\nany reason, including acts of God, fire, strike, and extreme weather. The Reservation Deposit is to be\npaid at time of booking. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the contracted wedding\nphotography package. The client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the wedding\nphotography package is due one week before the wedding day . The client agrees that if the\nbalance is not paid by this time, Lara Jayne will NOT photograph the Wedding Day with no\nliability to Lara Jayne photography and loss of Reservation Deposit by the client.\nPRE-EVENT CONSULTATION: The parties agree to a pre-event consultation before the event date\nin order to finalize the actual shooting times and locations. The client will be responsible for, or have\nsomeone designated, an \"event guide\", to identify people of whom specific photographs are desired.\nLara Jayne will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no one to assist in identifying people or gathering people for photograph(s). The bride and or groom agree to set aside a minimum of 30-minutes of time before the ceremony commencement of the wedding and a minimum of one-hour time frame afterward for photographs that cannot be obtained during the wedding including group shots. If the bride's or grooms late arrival prevents this 30-minute window from occurring the photographer shall not be held liable for failure to take desired photographs.\nCOOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible\nresult within the definition of this assignment. Lara Jayne photography is not responsible if any key\nindividual\u2019s failure to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to\ndetails not revealed to Lara Jayne. We recommends that the client designate an \"event\nguide\" to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs to the photographer (see\nabove) during the wedding that they wish to have photographed.\nSHOOTING TIME \/ ADDITIONS: The photography schedule and selected methodology are\ndesigned to accomplish the goals and wishes of the client in a manner enjoyed by all parties. The client\nand Lara Jayne photography agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to\nthat purpose. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time.\nHOUSE RULES: The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception\nsite management. The client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the\nphotographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the client's responsibility;\nLara Jayne photography will offer technical recommendations if necessary.\nDIGITAL NEGATIVES, POST PRODUCTION PRINTS: All images go through a basic editing process to conform to a certain level of quality and style. For this reason, we do not give clients any unedited images. The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Lara Jayne photography are protected by Contract Law and may not be reproduced in any manner for profit without Lara Jayne\nphotography explicitly written permission. This does not include private and normal family usage of\nimages and related products. The client is allowed to print and distribute any of the images for private\nuse and for competition entry\u2019s.\nCopyrights Lara Jayne retains the copyrights to all images that we photograph or create. By booking a\nphoto shoot with Lara Jayne photography, you acknowledge our rights in and to the images and to the extent necessary, therefore, you hereby assign, cede, transfer and make over to Lara Jayne photography any and all rights in such images. Lara Jayne photography retains the right to use any such\nimages in our blog, portfolio as well as marketing materials and any other use that we deem suitable\nCOOPERATION: The client will direct all other service providers (florist, DJ, caterer, etc.) to provide\nany needed information and cooperation to the photographer. Coordination with other service providers\nis necessary to complete all the photography as scheduled. The clients should share the photography\nschedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. In addition,\nevents during the wedding day should be planned to make the best use of time from all vendors.\nCOMPLETION SCHEDULE: Digital processing takes approximately 8 weeks after the date of the\nwedding. A few images will be edited and posted onto our page for you and your family and friends to\nview within 2 weeks after the wedding date. Products may be ordered after the wedding but full\npayment must be made upfront with the order.  Delivery of products is included in Oxfordshire, if you need products delivered outside of Oxfordshire, an additional fee will occur. Alternatively photos need to be collected in the Oxfordshire area. \n\n\n\n\nPAYMENTS: The client agrees that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the\nremaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event date.\nFEES &amp; CHARGES: Only cash and bank transfers will be accepted. All deposits and transfers must\nhave the brides name and wedding date as reference.\nRIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Lara Jayne photography discovery of new information, changes, or\nother factors tending to circumvent its policies could result in its withdrawal. Non-cooperation; changes\nof locations, facilities or times available; missed appointments; or late payments are examples of\ncontributing factors. Should Lara Jayne photography initiate the withdrawal, all fees and deposits will\nbe returned, excepting fair market value for all services\/products already provided. In case of\nwithdrawal, \u00a3100-00 an hour is billed for all photography services already provided, and \u00a350-00 an hour is billed for all other services, consultations, and all driving time, rounded up to the nearest half hour. If Lara Jayne photography withdraws -- the client will not be billed for any services in excess of\ntheir deposits (except if deposit was in form of returned checks).\nLIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergency it could\nbe necessary to retain a different photographer. Lara Jayne photography will make every effort to\nsecure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not\nfound, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event\npackage. Lara Jayne photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and\nprocessing the photographs including using professional grade equipment and professional grade\nbackup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of those photographs have been lost, stolen, or\ndestroyed for reasons beyond Lara Jayne's control, Lara Jayne's liability is limited to the return of all\npayments received for the event package.
